Terms & Conditions

1. Audi India shall extend cash discount of INR 50,000/- on Audi A6 to the Customer/s
2. This Offer is over and above the Market Offer (as defined herein below) prevailing at the time of purchase on the Audi A6.
3. The Offer is valid on Audi A6 physically delivered to the customer between 1st July 2020 to 31st July 2020 after complete financial settlement with the Audi India authorized dealership.
4. Any Audi A6 which are booked during this period but not physically delivered till the 31st July 2020 shall not be eligible for the discount mentioned above.
5. This offer is over and above the market offer for the month. Market Offer includes:-
   • Audi India Retail offer
   • Audi India Corporate Offer ( wherever applicable as per Audi India corporate policy)
   • Exchange bonus , if any ( wherever applicable)
   • Loyalty bonus, if any ( wherever applicable)
6. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other special promotion or campaign run by Audi India along with other banks / associations / special segment promotions etc.
7. The Customer is advised to carefully read the terms and conditions of the sales contract form which the customer will sign with the dealership while booking the car.
8. The discount for the Offer is passed by Audi India and any dispute pertaining to discount to be addressed with Audi India directly. ICICI Bank shall not be liable to the Customer and / or Audi India for any claims / disputes pertaining to the Offer and / or delivery, quality, merchantability of the Audi A6 booked under the Offer.
9. This Offer is only valid for approved ICICI Bank’s Customers and their blood relations- spouse, children, parents and siblings. In case of blood relatives, the customer would have to furnish documents asked by Audi India authorized dealership to ascertain relationship before the delivery of the car. In case, the customer is not able to furnish the details as asked by Audi India authorized dealership, the discount shall not be passed to the blood relative.
10. The Offer is valid, if the Customer takes delivery in the name of company where he/she is owner / partner / director. In such cases, the Customer would have to furnish all documents as required by the Audi India authorized dealership. In case, the Customer is not able to furnish the details as asked by Audi India authorized dealership, the discount shall not be passed to the Customer.
11. Customer will have to furnish the print out of the personalized email received from ICICI Bank bearing the unique promo code. The letter is not transferrable. These documents have to be furnished along with other documents asked by the dealership before the delivery of the car to avail the offer. In case, the customer is not able to furnish the details as asked by Audi India authorized dealership, the discount shall not be passed.
12. The offer is not valid on any cars booked with Audi India authorized dealership before first of July 1, 2020.
13. Car specifications and options are subject to availability during the Offer Period.
14. Price prevailing at the time of purchase will be applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
